Winnie's View is an off-the-beaten-path mountain modern home and great place for a wilderness retreat. Located in the Coconino National Forest, the home is walking distance to the meadows of Lower Lake Mary and just a few miles drive to the water in Upper Lake Mary.

With this newer-build 4-bedroom, 4-bath house, guests find a fantastic mix of comfort and space, featuring one king bed, two queen beds, and two twin beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the downstairs lounge and two twin rollaway beds as well. Four bathrooms offer excellent convenience, including a jetted spa bathtub for unwinding. The primary bedroom also has its own private balcony surrounded by trees.
We're not sure what's better, the massive patio overlooking a peaceful meadow and Humphreys Peak with Adirondack chairs and large dining table, or the massive downstairs rec room with a lounge, bar, game area, dining table, library nook and media area with new oversize leather couches.

The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re gathering for a cozy night in or exploring the area, this brilliant home provides a perfect base.

The last four miles of road to the property are unpaved, so the property may be unavailable when there is heavy snow or mud. If the roads are impassible and the cabin inaccessible, we will let you know as soon as possible and provide a full refund if you decide to cancel (advance approval required). Please use the driving directions you will receive, as smart phone maps tend to take you onto closed roads.

Please note there are floodlight camera used solely for safety/access purposes and to monitor weather/driveway conditions. They are not otherwise monitored.
