Traditional Norwegian cabin, perfect for families with children. One of the best locations in the area, with spectacular view and immediate access to cross-country ski trails and 100 m sledge slope. Playroom for children in separate room with quality toys and television. Facilities for campfires and grilling in a fire pan in the yard. The area offers fantastic nature, hiking and biking trails, hunting and fishing, swimming, canoeing, fly fishing, downhill slopes, and cross-country ski trails.
The space
The cabin has a fantastic location, and the view westward toward Fyrisjøen and the surrounding mountains is unique. On the sunny southern side, you have a fantastic view of Høgevardetoppen, 1459 meters above sea level.

The cabin is one of the highest on the lot, so the cross-country ski trails across the plateau are accessible right outside the door.

50 meters behind the cabin you will find the areas sledge slope, great for children. Two sledges are available in the cabin.

Summer, you can go for day-trips to Bjørneparken Flå and Langedrag, where your children will see typical Norwegian animals like bears and gaupe.
Guest access
Please note that this is a self-catering cabin. This means we don't provide essentials (food, coffee etc), bed-linen, towels or housekeeping. When renting the cabin, we kindly ask you to tidy and clean according to our check-list before your departure. Equipment for cleaning is provided. If you would like to order cleaning, towels and bed linen, I will arrange for this for an additional price of 2500 NOK for cleaning, 150 NOK per set of bed linen and towels.
