'Great location. Older complex but good for a quick trip to the beach.'

'The location is too loud to have tents with cloth walls. It’s near streets with bars and a lot of people driving around in loud pickup trucks. There are supposed to be quiet hours after 11 pm but people were not observing them. The bathrooms were cheaply made, in only fair condition and not super clean. It’s ok if you want to rough it but not worth the money. '

'The restroom could benefit from renovation, as there were multiple areas with mold on the bathtub and visible cracks. The lighting was somewhat dim, and the toilet was not flushing properly, which we had to address ourselves. Additionally, the breakfast options could be improved. On a positive note, the staff were courteous and friendly.'
