'Beautiful scenes of the sea and mountains from the breakfast room and bedroom. Nice room with ensuite bathroom. Only the wifi didn't work properly. Lady of the house had tried to fix this, but with no luck during our stay. '

'We had an early ferry to Islay the next morning, and the staff were so thoughtful to prepare our breakfast ahead of time and leave it at the front desk. Great service and nice, comfortable room. The hotel is also very close to the ferry terminal — only about a 10-minute drive, which was very convenient.'

'De prijs is erg hoog voor wat je krijgt. Ons bed was erg smal voor 2 personen en de kamer was klein. Lijkt erop dat deze kamer normaliter voor 1 persoon is want er hing ook maar 1 badjas. Duur betaald voor 1 nacht slapen. Ontbijt was goed'

'Friendly staff and good room for people with mobility issues. The cooked breakfast was really good. I was disappointed to hear that they’re stopping food in the hotel as the food was good and it will only be continental breakfast although the pastries were lovely but when you go away a cooked breakfast is always good the next morning.'
