'The soap dispensers at the sink and in the shower were both empty. The sofa sleeper was stained badly. The shower (water) diverter only allowed 1/4 of the water to reach the shower head. The elevator and other areas of the hotel were damaged (but functional). I am surprised that Wyndham hotels allows this franchised hotel to continue operation.'
