'That was the worst experience ever. The security did not let us in. According to them, the NYC Id card, that on one our party member had, was not valid to enter the hotel. So entry was refused, but they still charged us the penalty, for not using our reservation. This is outrages! We are very, very disappointed, I would never recommend anybody to have business with this hotel!'

'Room was clean. Pool was great. We were here for a soccer tournament and the fields were literally across the street. Such a great location.'
