'Great staff support and food'

'Only one ice machine on the first floor. Indoor pool was very chilly. The door to room was very heavy.'

'The dirtiest Hotel in America'

'What a different experience a year and a half later! I stayed at this hotel about a year and a half ago and rated it 10/10 at the time, so when I was passing through the area again, I decided to stay a second time. I was very disappointed! The concrete parking lot is not maintained and is crumbling and filled with pot holes. The carpet in the elevator was dirty, stained, and loose. Tile grout on the bathroom floor was black with filth. Shower tile grout was moldy; looked like it had not been...

'The room was not what we expected, poorly arranged rather small and we were unable to exchange it for a larger room like we asked to do. The nice thing about our stay was it was very quiet.'

'The female staff is extremely rude. Rooms have black mold. And the rooms aren’t properly cleaned at all. As a house keeper for a different hotel chain they do the very minimum of cleaning and maintenance. And paint over what they don’t fix. For the price they over charge people you would think it would be kept better.'
