'Francesca is een heel goede gastvrouw, die haar vak verstaat. Zij is heel voorkomend en vriendelijk. Gedurende ons verblijf nam het hotel deel aan een slow food event, waarvoor ook wij werden uitgenodigd. De moeite waard, mede omdat zij ervoor zorgde dat Engels sprekende deelnemers aan onze tafel zaten.
