'The view was great from the 15th floor, but the pillows in the room were awful and there was a constant loud buzzing coming from the bathroom, that we weren't able to turn off. Tried calling reception, but the phone wasn't working either. Breakfast was mediocre for the $20 per person they were charging. '

I did however pay for parking and it was listed in my amenities that I would have free parking but when I got to the property there was suddenly nothing that showed I had paid and they wanted me to pay again. When I reached out to the help chat they were not helpful at all to get some sort of resolution. So make sure when booking just pay at the property for parking not through Expedia. '
