'It’s my most favorite Riad in all of Morocco! I doubt I’ll ever find a more wonderful team of people who go above and beyond to make everyone’s stay most enjoyable. Believe me when I say they helped me tremendously. I had a booking snag and they accommodated me without hesitation and helped coordinate my travel back to the airport at 3:30am. The Riad is more beautiful in person. Everything is clean. The customer service is the best. I’ll always return to Riad Joy when I travel to Fez/Fes....

'The accommodation is amazing!!
Location perfect. Near to the highlights of Fes. The room was great. Luxurious bed. Details like chairs tables, stained glass windows. Bathroom with everything you can think of.
Breakfast on rooftop with fantastic view over the old city. Very good staff. Friendly, adequate nice people.
The premises surpassed our expectations.
We’d like this pearl of a riad to keep secret for ourselves, but that would be an egoistic thing to do. If our fiends were to visit this...

'The room was better than pictured. The lobby was beautiful. The rooftop terrace held a panoramic view of the city. They left a pot of coffee and a thermos in f hot milk at our table- a first in Morocco. Breakfast included a delicious omelet and local breads and spreads.
We loved it and wish we had booked a longer stay!'

'This is one of the highlights of our two-week trip to Morocco, and overall one of our favorite hotels we have ever stayed in. 'prachtige riad met zeer vriendelijk personeel. 4 dagen verbleven en alles liep gesmeerd. Online geboekt en geen verrassingen achteraf. Ligging is uitstekend. Vlak bij de Bab Bouljoud (blue gate) het centrale punt vanwaaruit je de medina kunt verkennen. '
