Très bon emplacement

Ryad à louer les yeux fermés. Bien placé et avec de nombreuse commodités (petit déjeuner, guides, taxis, ...). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Très bon séjour ! l'emplacement est parfait dans la Medina, pour le personnel: Tarik qui s'occupe de la gestion du Riad est très à l'écoute ainsi que Naima la cuisinière qui nous a prépare un tagine et couscous à la perfection! Et merci à Mr Tual de rester disponible par téléphone en cas de besoin pendant toute la période du séjour ! Je recommande vivement!!!

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in dem Riad verbracht, das der Beschreibung genau entspricht. Die Lage ist hervorragend und die Gastgeber haben alle Wünsche erfüllt. Vielen Dank! Es hat uns nur eine Kleinigkeit gefehlt: Ein eigener Kühlschrank für die Gäste wäre ein gute Verbesserung.

Fantastic stay.

Beautiful place to stay. It’s in the heart of the action in the Medina. Host was super attentive and reacted to all of our requests. Breakfast every morning was delightful and delicious. If you have any mobility issues, it would be a challenge. Would recommend it highly!!

Magnifique Riad très bien placé au cœur de la médina. Mais 2 bémols. Le responsable du Riad n était jamais là. Et les salles de bain étaient fortement inodorantes.

Séjour exceptionnel

Rien à redire sur notre séjour au sein du Riad. Prestations d’une rare qualité Tout est absolument PARFAIT Et une mention encore plus parfaite pour l’équipe qui gère le riad … MERCI à Tariq, Abdou et l’adorable cuisinière, qui se sont tous pliés en 4 pour rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Nous avons eu le grand plaisir de rencontrer le propriétaire des lieux, un homme a l’image de son riad, charmant et très accueillant. Une certitude nous habite depuis notre départ de Fes, nous reviendrons. Surtout n’hésitez pas, si vous souhaitez découvrir Fes et sa Medina, c’est au sein de ce riad qu’il faut loger

Superbe séjour au Riad DEZAYN

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au Riad DEZAYN. L’endroit est très bien placé, au cœur de la médina. Le Riad est magnifique et très bien équipé. La communication avec le gérant est parfaite, rapide et efficace (Merci Pierre-Yves pour la communication, pour les conseils sur place et pour la rapidité de nos échanges). Un grand merci également au personnel sur place qui s’est occupé de nous. Merci à Tareq pour son hospitalité, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Un grand merci également à Abdu, toujours disponible, avec son grand sourire et sa gentillesse. Nous avons profité des excellents petits déjeuner au Riad et avons apprécié également les 2 diners qui nous ont été proposés. L’acheminement de l’aéroport au Riad a été gentiment organisé par notre hôte : un taxi nous attendait à l’arrivée de l’avion, et Abdu était là à l’entrée de la médina pour nous guider jusqu’au Riad. Seul petit bémol concernant le Riad : la chambre qui donne sur la rue (pourtant la plus belle) est extrêmement bruyante (bruits incessants jusqu’à 4h du matin tous les jours). Les autres chambres sont très calmes, les literies parfaites et les salles de bain refaites à neuf. Mention spéciale pour la terrasse en haut du Riad qui permet de passer de belles soirées entre amis avec une vue magnifique sur la Médina. En résumé : Séjour idéal, dépaysement parfait !

We didn't feel comfortable. We found a camera and the host stayed in the home!

When we arrived, we were greeted not by our host, but by the host of another nearby riad. He showed us our rooms, and that was all - nothing else about the home. After we'd been there for a couple of hours, we noticed a camera (we hadn't been notified of a camera, which is part of VRBOs policy). We turned it around so that it was facing the wall instead of into the living room. The a/c didn't work in one of the bedrooms. The shower was clogged in two of the bathrooms. There was a full ashtray in the kitchen. They offered to provide breakfast for us (for a fee), and then on the first day they didn't even show up with breakfast. And worst of all - the host (whom we did not meet) was staying in a room in the home WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE! He came walking down the stairs into the living room while my son and my daughter's boyfriend were hanging out. They had no idea who he was. That night, he returned to the home at 3am, but we'd locked the door with the deadbolts and he couldn't get in, so he phoned my husband. Then he started banging on the door. VRBO's policy is that the host is not in the home with you. We should not have had to get up at 3am to let in someone who should not have been there in the first place. He had also been there while we were gone, as when we returned from going out our first day, the camera was gone. During breakfast on our last morning (which they did provide), he was burning incense and kept turning on music even though we didn't want to listen to it.

Excellent stay at Ryad Dezayn

We enjoyed an excellent stay at Ryad Dezayn. A good start for the exploration of the Medina of Fez. Simo and Abdelatif have done their utmost to make us, a family of 9 persons, feel at home. The transfers from and to the airport were organised well. Breakfast and dinner were of Maroccan art and tastfully served, thanks to the lady of the kitchen and Abdelatif. Simo was very helpful in organising all kinds of things, like a guide for the Medina, a taxi for a trip to the countryside and a porter for the luggage. He also adviced us about restaurants and the hammam. The rooms were nice and decorated in Maroccan style and, except the one situated at the street, silent through the night. Due to the period, middle of february,it was rather cold in the house during the evening. The local heaters had to be switched on. Pierre, the owner of the house, called us on the phone to welcome us and visited us two times at the end of the week, one time for celebrating his birthday party with us, the other one for saying goodbye. Generally speaking: we were very satisfied staying at Ryad Dezayn and will return if we visit the northern part of Marocco again. Gerrit, on behalf of the family.

Conforme à ce que nous avions lu

Nous avons apprécié la situation au cœur de la Medina, dépaysement garanti ! Les chambres, toutes différentes par leur décor, sont confortables et propres. Tout est fait pour nous rendre le séjour agréable : accueil et présence du gardien (ce qui nous a assuré sécurité et informations), et avec le sourire ! Les petits déjeuners sont bons et copieux. Une excellente adresse !

Séjour exceptionnel

Nous avons passé un super séjour au Riad Dezayn, le Riad a un charme fou, la terrasse est magnifique et offre une superbe vue sur Fès. Le Riad est très bien placé dans la Médina, le personnel est au petit soin, les petits déjeuners sont tops et les dîners délicieux. Je vous recommande absolument ce riad.

Un très beau voyage

Fès est une ville qui vaut vraiment le déplacement. Et ce Riad a fait partie de la réussite. Tout d abord il est très ancien, typique, sublime, restauré de manière exceptionnelle, et aménagé avec énormément de bon goût. Ensuite son entretien est parfait, son personnel est très serviable. Les plats proposés sont divinement bons, le petit déjeuner est copieux et parfait. Mention spéciale pour Abdelatif, d une gentillesse parfaite, et madame qui nettoie et cuisine , également hyper gentille et douée. Un séjour vraiment extra!

Voici la deuxième année que nous séjournons au Riad Dezayn et nous en sommes de nouveau enchantés. Il n'y a plus rien à dire de la gentillesse et de l'accueil de Simo et Abdellatif qui sont toujours aux petites soins pour leurs hôtes. Amazing home in Fes

This home is astonishing- so beautiful and we felt very well cared for. The check-in process is a bit tricky as the location is hard to find. We had to wait for the caretaker to come and find us but once he did, we were in great hands. The home is well worth the process to get there.

Nous étions un groupe de filles venant d'endroits différents et sur des dates différentes, nous avons sollicité à de nombreuses reprises le propriétaire pour les transferts aéroport, tout était parfaitement bien organisé. Le Riad est très beau, propre,la terrasse très agréable avec une vue manifique, le personnel à l'écoute, les repas proposés excellents, merci à eux... Nous étions en période de ramadan et nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la chambre(celle avec la mezzanine et 2 grandslits) qui donne sur la rue car trop bruyante. Nous avons trouvé une autre chambre dans un Riad juste à côté. Nous avons préféré le Hammam Nausika dans la ville nouvelle. Fes est une ville magnifique et nous l'avons découverte grace à un guide proposé par le Riad. A recommander.... Merci d'avoir contribué à ses excellents vacances

Conforme au descriptif nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille, dans ce Riad. Le personnel est très sympathique, la cuisinière au top. Et tout le monde prêt à rendre service. Jusqu’à l’accueil de nos enfants, qui sont arrivés après minuit sur Fes. Bravo pour tout, nous recommanderons sans problème cette adresse a notre entourage.

La qualité de l'hébergement, la gentillesse du staff, l'emplacement au coeur de la médina ont contribué à nous faire passer un excellent séjour. La proximité du marché alimentaire et la gentillesse des marchands à fait qu'en quelques jours nous avions l'impression d'être adoptés! Le dîner que nous avons pris sur place fut également un bon moment tant par la qualité des mets proposés que par l'ambiance crée par nos hôtes.
