' The location on top of the mountain provided spectacular views and cool mornings even in July. I would suggest putting a medium sized skillet in the house to use with the convection hot plate. The fridge may need checking also. It took most of three days to cool down. Overall this is a great rental which I think was an outstanding value. I would definately stay here again.'

'I had the most amazing stay at this stunning cabin tucked away in the North Carolina mountains. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the natural beauty and peaceful setting. The views were absolutely breathtaking – rolling hills, lush greenery, and the soothing sounds of nature all around. The cabin itself was immaculate and beautifully designed, blending rustic charm with modern comfort. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, from the cozy living room with its fireplace...

'A charming rental with sweet Harry Potter-inspired details. When you enter you can ask Alexa to start the magic, which I thought was a clever intro. The den is cozy and a nice spot to relax and the bedroom has plenty of light and windows, with a comfy bed.'

'Mom and granddaughter had a delightful Easter weekend in the cabin, with visits to Boone, Blowing Rock, and family connections further out. Was a great place and very peaceful and secluded. Highly recommend and everything was very easy and efficient. '

'It had air conditioning. Most do not on Sugar Mountain. Small but quaint. Nice deck. Fully stocked. Nice king size bed. Hot shower'

'We loved our stay here! It is walkable to the West Jefferson shops, restaurants, and sites. There is a beautiful view of a park and the mountains. Being a family of 5, we enjoyed having 3 floors, 2 kitchens, 3 sleeping spaces, and 3 bathrooms. The house is furnished with everything we needed. The property manager was quick to reach and answer any of our questions. We highly recommend it! '

'We come to the area annually to visit our family and only wish we'd found this spot sooner! Clean, convenient and spacious. We have younger kids and a dog and the park across the street was a great bonus, too. Easy access to all that the area has to offer. Kelly was super responsive and helpful throughout -- we can't wait to come back! '

'My husband and I booked this location for our anniversary getaway, we had an amazing time and the property was lovely.'

'The property was as perfect place for our quick trip to the mountains. Near Blowing Rock and App Ski Mountain. The house was clean and easy to access. We liked using the outdoor fire pit on the cold evening. We loved the house and will be back in the future.'

'The owner allowed us to check in before our scheduled time as we were in town earlier than expected. The house was everything we hoped for and more . We will definitely be staying at the loft again . '

"One night stay here after staying at their sister hotel in Raleigh. The property itself is fine but no atmosphere compared to Raleigh. Easy parking, clean and comfortable room. Not much to do within walking distance, except a burger takeaway. We tried to walk to a nearby microbrewery. It should've been a 5 minute walk, but we found it impossible to cross the 6-lane highway in front of the motel so gave up and went back to our room. Maybe, as Europeans, we're not used to the American way of driving everywhere, but to visit a brewery, walking would seem a safer option. Pleasant enough motel but not sure we'd return."
