'We had a great time at the cottage. The house is right on the water with an expansive view of the lake. The portion of the lake close to the dock is shallow and great for kids. The house itself is gorgeous with high ceilings, large windows with lake views, and a big kitchen. The host, Vicky, was very accommodating and very easy to communicate with. We definitely recommend the cottage and would like to revisit.'

The water level was low, and the water appeared murky, giving us the impression that it hadn't been maintained properly before our arrival. 'We ended up spending more at The Little Red Cottage than expected simply because it was such a lovely spot. The large front porch and back deck were perfect for lounging and conversation. The inside was immaculate and well stocked. I loved that the kitchen knifes were actually sharp, there was extra toilet paper provided, there were lots of towels (beach towels and bath towels) and the mattresses were new and comfortable - no big valley in the middle! I highly, highly recommend this spot. And...

'This was our second time staying at this cottage, and we had a lovely time. We had a mix up with the check in time but the host was gracious enough to work it out with us. There’s lots to do in the area, and it’s close to everything in Fenelon Falls. Lots of amenities at the cottage too. I high recommend staying here, truly luxury on the water!'
