'Disgusting!!! Avoid at all cost. Upon arrival the caravan stunk There was mould in the fridge with leftover food which had also gone mouldy Wee in the toilet No gas/water/electric upon arrival we had to wait for the owner to.tell us how to plumb this... after 2.5 hours of waiting. The oven had no shelves for us to cook and only 1 hob worked. We decided to leave within 3 hours of being there once we found alternative arrangement. The owner refused to refund our 3 night stay aswell deeming it...

'This apartment is of the very highest standard. Beautifully decorated, with everything you would ever need! The location is 2 mins walk to the town or beach. Although there is no parking at the property, there was lots of parking 1 min walk away. Highly recommended! '

'The Hayloft is a lovely property. It is very stylishly appointed - an extremely comfortable bed, fab modern bathroom and a small kitchen area for preparing breakfast. It’s very well located for visiting the Suffolk coast. Wickham Market has a a decent sized supermarket for provisions, a really good fish and chip shop and the Bengal Indian Restaurant was one of the best we have eaten at. 'We were able to gain access to our property alot earlier than stated and was very pleased with the quality of the apartment and the sea view's. All we required, that's food and entertainment was literally out our front door and no more than 100 metres to the left and to the right. Would definitely stay again. Only downside was the British weather.'

'This apartment is in a nice part of the country and convenient to many lovely areas to visit. The property itself is in a quiet courtyard and provides a parking space for the occupant. Unfortunately there was quite a bit of trash around the courtyard and it wasn’t well-kept, with discarded clothing, cans/bottles, and even unopened mail lying about. The overall condition was adequate; there are tiles missing around the tub, the mattresses are thin but not uncomfortable, the furniture is basic but...

'I am disabled and this was a thoroughly convenient premises well laid out for wheelchair/scooter. Everything worked well including the electric armchair which was similar to the one I have here. One suggestion would be for another grab rail on the wall to the left of the loo cistern and also clear instructions on use of microwave … we are both over 70 and gadget adverse !? Overall very well done'

'The location of this property is great - right by the quay in Orford, with access to a lovely garden. The property is small but has everything you need and felt very cosy.'

'The apartment was a home from home. Clean, spacious and all mod cons. The gifts, such as drinks and snacks were very welcome after a long journey...coffee and tea too, which was great as we forgot ours. Lovely garden, which our dog loved, excellent location for the beach, pier and Town. Communication with owner was quick and friendly. Will definitely book again as we go regularly to Clacton-on-Sea to visit family.'

'A nice modern caravan in a good location, close to town and the beach. It appeared a bit grubby in laces when we arrived so I have the work surfaces and some of the kitchen crockery/ glasses/ cups a rinse with hot soapy water as appeared a bit greasy/ fingerprint marks. Overall a pleasant stay.'
