'Not helpful front desk staff. They sell an upgrade package without the details. They mentioned 2 sets of cards and dice as upgrade package. Why not a good souvenir from casino hotel but they give pierced dice and cards which was discarded after use from casino. These are of no use to casino and needs to be discarded even you want to earn money with this. Staffs were unprofessional and no clue'

'It was nice. The studio room was huge and gave us lots of room to spread out. Cookies and mints in the lobby were a nice touch. Breakfast in the morning was good. I especially liked the potatoes. Definitely would stay again. The pool was not real warm but definitely clean with towels provided. The hot tub was not in service but as it was roasting outside that didn’t matter.'

'Overall an OK hotel. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. We had a family suite and it was spacious. The room was over the main entrance so the view was basically a roof. We slept well. The shower only ran very hot water so the mixing valve must be broken. The shower curtain was dirty.'

'Checking in was awful as they tried to sell us a more expensive room with all kinds of excuses. Fine if you want to upgrade us for free, but don’t start with all the nonsense. The rooms are in need of an update. Would not stay here again.'

'Beautiful lake view but not worth the $200. Bathroom door literally falling apart, cabinets broken, exposed pipe, toilet paper in an inconvenient location, white powder all over the sink, not cleaned. mildew smell in entire room. MAYBE worth $49'

'It’s just an okay hotel'

'I saw a sign when I checked in on the counter. It said 8/10. I think this is about right. It is summer time, so you are going to get bugs in the room. Also, the toilet sang all night. That is, it was noisy. Other than that, it was a pretty good stay.'
