'The all-female staff of this hotel goes out of their way to make the guest feel most welcome, respected and comfortable. No extra request was denied, no reservations whatsoever when asking for additional services. What a lovely hotel, not only because of the charming, polite and beautiful staff. 'Beautiful hotel with hip accents, very well maintained and spotless clean. Nice room, but bed was a disaster - I know it's a matter of preference but we found the mattress much too soft. Also it had a protective cover under the sheets that prevented moisture from circulation. Result: sweaty sheets. I know its there to prevent "accidents" but its not comfortable. Good breakfast, friendly and very helpfull staff'

'I had a fantastic stay in the Pilippo unit! The apartment was spacious, featuring a great balcony with stunning views. Its location was perfect, just 15-20 minutes from the ski center, making it super convenient. Check-in was easy, and the fast WiFi was a great bonus I was performing some work during my stay. Though I only stayed for two nights, I would absolutely return if I’m ever in the area again. Highly recommended!'
