Easy to get to by Uber or ferry, there is also a bus but the construction on the bridge means the stop is far away. For Uber, make sure you look at google maps so you can get from the street to the house easily. Once you’ve done it it’s easy but the first time in the dark can be fun! There is a local airport however there only...

'When I read reviews about this resort someone said the photos don’t do it justice as it’s much nicer, and oh boy is that true! This is such a beautiful place, with attention to every little detail and a great resort to relax and enjoy the Portuguese sun. 'This was our second time staying at this lovely little house. It is right in the centre of everything, 2 min walk to all the bars, market and waterfront. Yes, its small but perfect for our needs. Some reviews have mentioned the steep, narrow stairs. Yes, they are that but as long as you have 2 working legs you're fine. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings listening to birdsong and drinking coffee. We have arrived home completely relaxed and if we decide to have another relaxing week...

'We had a really great stay … the house is a real gem, well configured, beautiful terrace, great location ( 5 min walk to beach), down the street from two great golf courses, fantastic property manager and housekeeping staff. 'The villa is beautifully situated in the hills close to Faro & Estoi. Prior to our arrival the owner was very helpful and even rescheduled a pool maintenance (without us asking) so that we could enjoy the pool during our entire stay. The villa is very spacious and ideal for friends and/or families. The only points of improvement are the couch (had stains on it) and the villa is due some maintenance. This didn’t impact the joy of our stay though.'
