Impossible to reach! Forgotten items missing!
Room is nice, clean and comfy. Impossible to reach the reception, at any time, they never pick up. On the top, I forgot some personal effects in the room, tried to call them the same day, same problem, impossible to reach them, email comes back as well... A friend of mine physically went there to pick up my forgotten stuff, same day, they said they didn't have anything... extremely disappointing

Séjour sympa et relax
Séjour familial pour retourner rendre visite à des amis, nous avions habité 3 ans dans le coin que nous connaissons très bien. L’hôtel est impeccable pour son standard, très bien isolé de la route adjacente et même à l'intérieur (fête de Noel à proximité de notre chambre, rien entendu). Petit déjeuner classique, copieux, à l’anglaise, rien à à redire. Nous n'avons pas eu l'opportunité d'aller à la piscine par manque de temps.

Close to Farnborough Air field and Farnborough shopping area, with great restaurants. Also, Electric charging was available for our electric rental car which was a huge relief!

Bit cold for me, but that’s just me!
My only complaint was I was a bit cold. The room wasn’t cold, but I feel the cold. You are able to turn up the thermostat in the room, but it keeps resetting back to the pre-programmed level.

Great hotel,I have stayed in many holiday Inn hotels but this one is the best by far.great service.staff are wondrful andfriendly.we have stayed here many times and will come back again.

Really wasn’t expecting much but pleasantly surprised. All staff very friendly upbeat and polite, ate in the dining room and food quality was excellent. Breakfast was a very high standard lots of choose, breakfast area immaculate. Room was really nice good 3 star hotel absolutely immaculately clean. Thanks for a great stay

Decidedly average, for the price. Room smelt damp, lighting was poor. TV channels were strangely mixed up. Prefered the Aviator up the road! Wouldn't recommend overall.
