'Room was clean, quiet and very nice. It got a bit loud at time, I can hear the children next door playing or rough housing. Might be cool to have an adults only section. Breakfast was good but overcrowded and the guests were a bit impatient and rude. Overall, great for families. Staff was very attentive and seeet. Will definitely stay here again but next time will skip the breakfast.'

'The property was clean, except for the seating area in the lobby had quite a few dirty chairs. But the biggest issue, albeit a minor one, is that there is a step lid garbage can near the coffee that is broken. So you have to touch it with your hands to open it, and it was overflowing every single day we were there. Empty the trash people! And replace that garbage can.'

'Very happy with our stay at TRU. Hotel’s location was easy to find and near shopping and dining. Hotel’s location was clean and staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay again.'

'Room was not clean it was 4:00-45 or pass that time. We were tired and out appointments had to be rescheduled due to room not being ready. Staff was not welcoming or courteous even after the tremendous problem.'

'Overall the house itself is impressive! Spacious and accommodating enough to Comfortably sleep 12-14. Some very minor glitches in some of the appliances. But if you are more than 6 you need to bring serving and mixing bowls and a couple additional pots and pans. The WiFi is just a little slow but manageable. Could definitely use a house book with tv instructions, and other details as well as nearby locations ie. grocery, drugstore,hospital e.t.c. All in all it is a beautiful space, clean, quiet,...

'Except for the super loud music from a close by venue /bar it was a great stay. The music didn’t bother us but it may bother others . I ask for an extension and was granted two more hours at no charge Very content'

'Perfect location! Even with construction I was able to get to all locations in San Antonio without delay or difficulty. The property is safe. I worked very late nights and was always comfortable coming home. The apartment is perfect size with everything you need. Very comfortable. I look forward to staying there again on my next work trip.'
