'Clean, the breakfast and hotel staff'

'Was a nice room a little small but clean I had a good experience other than the bedsheets continuing to slip off everything else was clean'

'Room service was supposed to be done on day 2. We piled up the all the towels to make it easier for them only to come back late at night to the pile of towels. We used the same dirty towels that night. Mold was also showing above the shower. Shower head had terrible water flow. Staff didn’t honor their refund for night if we weren’t satisfied. Something about a breach in contract.'

'Parking is inconvenient, have to pay diferent from hotel bill, Parking expires before your check out. Should be the same time. I will not be going back there again.'

'We were there as a big group. The stay was great. Hotel and rooms were clean and well kept. The staff were amazing! Especially the front desk staff! Always helpful and interactive. Very friendly. Special shot out to Iris! She was amazing from day one till we left. Thank you! Also if you have the bonvoy membership you get access to Lifetime next door, great pools there.'

'It was kind of dirty, beds were uncomfortable, things were falling apart, trash in the backyard. The downstairs bedroom didn’t have privacy, the doors are glass, curtains would help. The stove was all faded so you couldn’t tell which burner you were turning on. The sitting area with crib mattresses was odd and not really useable. It was like sitting directly on the wood. There really wasn’t any information left from the owners, we had to contact them to get WiFi info. We did have fun with the...
