The views are amazing, overlooking Mount pilot and Mt Airy. The house is clean and easy to use for cooking and relaxing.

Great communication with this host and an adorable and comfortable home. That back porch and firepit are AMAZING! Beautiful view, animal sightings and the most gorgeous sunrise! Loved our quick stay!

Peaceful & comfortable stay with breathtaking views! House was super clean & equipped with all you possibly need. Rebecca was a wonderful host! Great communication and provided a wealth of information about the area. Even though the weather was inclement most of our stay, we were able to relax & enjoy the serenity & wildlife.

The views were beautiful and the property was perfect for our weekend getaway of hiking and crafting. We were disappointed that the Mabry Mill restaurant and gift shop are closed until 2027, but that had nothing to do with the property….

Be sure to write down the door code before you get there. Your phone may not be reliable. Otherwise, amazing view and loved seeing the deer. Located conveniently off route 77. Also, very convenient to the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Mountain Escape is a beautiful home with amazing views of Pilot Mountain and all surrounding areas. This was the perfect stay for my family and dogs.

Most food options are 20-30 mins away, but there are some good options. Contender's pizza and arcade was a good choice for us. Overall we had a great stay! We'd definitely stay here again!

Perfect

Much better than a hotel. We stayed here on an over night stay through the mountains. Peaceful, quiet, great views, secluded and private. Good choice to stay here. Local pizza place was pretty good too and it was affordable.

This was our second stay at Rebecca's amazing house. We just love the view from the back deck and when sitting at the dining room table. It is truly breathtaking. We highly recommend The Pit Stop for some great take out food. It was fast, huge portions, and really delicious! We hope to stay here again our next time through the area.
