!!! Parking Policy: The property includes parking for up to 2 vehicles. If your group will be arriving with more than 2 cars, please notify us at least 1 day in advance so we can arrange access to visitor parking through property management. !!!

Early Check-in & Late Check-out: Standard check-in time: 4 PM | Standard check-out time: 11 AM. Need flexibility? Inquire about early check-ins or late check-outs (subject to availability).

Cleaning Policy: This is a cozy property, not a hotel. Regular cleaning during your stay is not provided unless requested.

No Smoking & No Parties: This is a non-smoking, no-party property. Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
Smoking indoors will trigger the smoke detector and may result in penalties.

Please note this is a newly built house, and some construction may still be ongoing in the surrounding area. However, this does not affect the property itself, and there is nothing to worry about during your stay.

If you’d like to extend your stay, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-out. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and avoid additional fees for rescheduling our cleaning team.
