* Pet Fee: $90 per dog (covers enhanced cleaning, supplies, and increased wear and tear).

* Furry Etiquette: Keep pets off furniture and clean up after them, both inside and outside — an additional charge may apply for extra cleaning needed due to stains, odors, or damage.
