'We really enjoyed our stay at Case Nucci. Riccardo is friendly, helpful and a great host. The location is perfect to visit Perugia, Assisi and other fabulous hill towns. The mattresses and bed linens were outstanding. Per government regulations (Ukraine war) there wasn’t any heat during our stay so the evenings were chilly. Making a fire was the only option, the wood was an extra charge every evening that that was unexpected. Kitchen essentials would have been appreciated. Overall score is...

'La casa è ben posizionata ma necessita di manutenzione, un bagno perde l’acqua, due volte richiesto l’intervento di in idraulico per mancanza di acqua calda questo in pochi giorni di Spa per rilassarsi non è gratificante. In cucina mancano gli utensili per preparare una cena per 5. Bicchieri e piatti sono contati.. a parte questi dettagli. Ci è piaciuto molto lo staff è cordiale il ristorante è molto buona e le piscine sono molto pulite e piacevoli.'

'We had a lovely stay thanks to Stella and family’s hospitality and well-kept home. We were two families with kids ranging in age from 9-13 - they didn’t want to leave! Why would you want to with a beautiful pool, horses, dogs, kitties and more?? Plenty of room and then some at this sprawling villa with loads of character. We chose to stay in this area following a cruise coming out of Civitavecchia. The serene and amenity filled property was very welcomed after a crowded cruise. Visited Orvieto...

'We loved our stay at the villa. Alex and Gabrielle were very helpful before and during our stay, answering all our questions and being very responsive. The view out our front window was incredible along with the front porch and pool overlooking their vineyard and rolling hills. The house was perfect for our needs. Very clean, well kept, and an authentic Tuscan villa experience. And, their own wine is fabulous!'

"Exceptionally beautiful and well-maintained domain with lots of greenery. Food and wine (produced by the estate itself!) were truly excellent. Quiet and peaceful ambiance, very friendly staff. Easy to reach, close to the A1 motorway. Rooms were a little dated, but comfortable and very well maintained. Close to some beautiful nature areas and lovely Tuscan villages. Siena and Perugia are also very easy to reach."
