Welcomed on arrival (needed to phone number on door due to small team running the place) and showed to room (top floor…not ideal if you can’t handle stairs!). Room good size, plenty of home comforts and most importantly good bed and shower! Overall a solid experience and will be back I’m sure when in area. '

We were the only guests for dinner but didn't feel awkward as the staff including the chef were chatting with us. The place was full of character whilst giving attention to comfort.
