Exotic Granite, Midern Kitchen with Gas Stove and Large Bar Seating for 6. Nice open concept to Livin Room. Gas Fireplace. Luxury linens and towels...fully equipped with everything you need. Flatscreen tv in Every bedroom, Living Room, and Large Entertaining Deck with tv as well. One of the Largest driveways In Eureka Springs. Also an extra parking slab out front for motorcycles. So close to restaurants, shopping and pubs. Leave your car and walk, trolly, or local ride company...as parking is hard to come by in Eureka Springs...and is costly. Rent this entire property for a peaceful setting, that’s close to the action. Equipped with everything you could want, including gas bbq grill! The house was just as described and in a great location! Super clean, comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms. Lisa responded back to any questions we had immediately and she was friendly and flexible with our check-in time since nobody was checkins out on the same day as our check-in. Would definitely stay in the rental again!

Within walking distance of shops. Trolley stop across the street. Power went out in storm and Lisa had a friend come over to check on us. Came back on fairly quickly but house stayed comfy even though the temp was in the 90’s. Beds very comfy and amenities were just what we needed. Look forward to going back.

Perfect Family Retreat

This house could not have been more perfect for our group. My husband and I met up with out of town siblings and spouses. We all had our own bedrooms with private baths. That's hard to find. All the beds are king. We slept great! The pillows and sheets were even great! Towels were nice. All 3 showers had dual heads and were huge. Everything we needed was provided. We didn't use the gas grill or patio but those were awesome! There was plenty of seating in the living/kitchen for all of us to visit and play games. There were chairs on the front porch to sit and visit. The house sits right on main but just walking distance to the center of downtown. Eureka Springs is always short on parking but not this house. We parked 4 cars in the driveway at one time. Not much of a check out routine either. The host was so nice and accommodating. We will stay in this house from now on and I will highly recommend to everyone.

Great Eureka Springs Home-Base

A wonderful house to enjoy a fun-filled long weekend in Eureka Springs. The house had lot of space for 3 couples to gather for games, yet also provided private bedrooms/bathrooms for each couple. We enjoyed the private deck with seating for all & an outdoor TV; the bedrooms were comfortable; bathrooms had everything we needed; plenty of parking; & the kitchen & living area offered a gathering place around the kitchen counter. It was a terrific home-base for all of the fun activities Eureka Springs has to offer.

We loved the location of the property and the ease of entry and parking. Very close to downtown, easy walking, and accessible to other areas as well. House was very clean, had almost everything we needed to cook meals, etc. We never had to contact the manager as she had covered almost everything in her welcome email before our stay. Will definitely stay here again!!
