« First the excellent. A garage w/opener made it ideal to load and unload our vehicle out of the rain. Washer and dryer also a big plus. The bad. Yard is overgrown. Trip hazards (above ground roots) all around. Meals had to be eaten from the lift top coffee table. The dehumidifier was accidentally bumped, causing the drain hose to fall off, which left a huge puddle of water on the kitchen floor. Not he correct connection on the unit. « Enjoyed a short stay with my husband and step-son while considering Cal Poly Humboldt as a prospective student. The property is exactly as pictured. Super clean and tidy, new kitchen with beautiful appliances. The bathroom inspired me to redo my own! Comfy beds with cozy comforters and pillows. « The property folks were super nice and responded quickly. It is a very cute little house. Great location even though we thought it would have been a bit closer to the beach. We had trouble with the smart lock. Someone came on the speaker and tried to help us out with it but the speaker was too crackly and we couldn’t make out what she was trying to say. They had another option to get in which we were grateful for. The beds were pretty comfy but one dips on one side. Feels maybe like a broken box...
