« I had a wonderful stay with my family at this house. The bedrooms and layout were great. I did pay to have the pool heated for my 2 small grandchildren, as it was early April. The screened porch was used a lot and the porch swing was a very nice touch. The property is just beautiful, which is why I picked this home. The lush greenery made you feel you were in your own little paradise. A very wonderful stay! »

« Everything is provided for a comfortable stay, coded door lock for front seems to be a continuing issue but was fairly quickly resolved. Much older house with modern upgrades and set in the historic area of Darien and quiet neighborhood. »

« Overall, the property is quite nice. Sapelo Island itself isn't much to visit in the winter time or, frankly, any time at all unless you're really into hanging out on pristine, secluded beaches. (In season, in terms of activities, I suppose fishing from the beach -- surf casting -- might be fun & productive. And birding's always available, though I wouldn't say Sapelo Island is a riot of interesting bird life.) In retrospect, my main feeling is that while the property is nice and the manager,...

« Grateful to the owners for sharing their retreat! Perfect location for access to SSI golf venues and short drives to beaches and local attractions. Well stocked and impeccably clean kitchen for easy meal prep. Guests will need to access steps both inside and out, if traveling with young children or limited mobility. Hope to return! »

« We were visiting family for the Holidays. This was the perfect home away from home during the holidays. »

« I booked a king bed and upon arrival at check in I was told that the queens weren’t available I asked for a discount and was told no but they won’t charge me the additional $50 fee for having to book a “new room” when I had already paid for the king and all of the fees included. »
