Great scenic location close to everything in town and RMNP. Home was very well equipped with comfortable beds. Enjoyed eating dinner on the deck after grilling food on the propane grill and taking in the views.

Great property for families looking to enjoy Estes Park, RMNP, & the surrounding area. The property had everything we needed to have a nice stay. Communication & arrival was great, departure instructions were simple. The bed was very comfortable, all the appliances worked well, & we had gorgeous views. We enjoyed riding horses near by & we had some animal visitors at the house too!

Our stay was mostly wonderful! The house is a shared house which made it briefly challenging to figure out where we needed to be, but we got it. Note it is on a hill and there are many stairs to get into it. We were fit, so it wasn’t a problem. Perfect for what we needed. The balcony was great and we were out there a lot. We were a bit disappointed the fireworks were canceled but completely understood it probably wasn’t appropriate with the wild fires in the state.

This Vrbo was great. The view over the lake and the mountain range exactly as pictured. The outdoor table was shaded in the late afternoon and had a wonderful breeze. It had a great variety of cooking utensils, pots and pans, glassware, cookware, ample paper products, plastic wrap, towels, coffee filters, spices. Beds were comfortable, towels were luxurious. Extra propane tank was present for grill. Only 15 minutes to the national park. Driveway parking was nice (make sure to enter at an angle to avoid scraping from or rear of vehicle). Sunrise over the mountains was At 5:55 am for us in mid July. Couldn’t really see the sunset but we were usually asleep by then after hiking.

This was a very nice townhouse with a great location. A nice combination of in town with a fantastic mountain view get a way feeling. We had a family wedding at overlook chapel which was just breathtaking.

Incredible Rental has it all including amazing view!

This place has all the amenities you need plus an incredible view of the mountains and the lake in town. It is a short walk to a brewery and restaurants and a short drive to downtown and the National Park. We saw Elk in the yard multiple times. Owners were great and answered all questions quickly. We will definitely stay here again.

Views for Days is Outstanding for More Than the Views!

We enjoyed our 5-day stay at this wonderful property! There is plenty of room for visitors, the space was immaculate, the kitchen has everything you could want for cooking and entertaining, the owner, Matt, was extremely helpful, and the views are breathtaking! Additionally, the location was perfect to allow for quiet and separation from the tourist zones while providing very convenient access to downtown and any place you'd want to visit in Estes Park and the surrounding areas. We hope to have the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home again!

Ideal Getaway

This home ticked all the boxes for us! We found ourselves sitting in the living room soaking in the views at all hours of the day! The property was pristine, abundant linens available, well equipped kitchen and grill, laundry room available and decorated with charm! Family of four with two teen daughters very much enjoyed our stay at Estes Park - this home was a big part of it. Great views of the mountains and the city below. Nice deck out front to enjoy dinner on. Quite and comfy. Spacious and enjoyable. Good communication and easy access. Thank you!
