Renter is responsible for electric. Unit is available short-term or long term. Rates vary based on length of lease and time of year. Off season April 1 -December 31 is $4500/month and In-season (Jan-March) is $8000/month.

Guest access
Gated community. Upon execution of rental contract, guest will be provided with a vehicle pass for entry into the community along with an ID card for access into the gym, pool, club house and pedestrian gates around the community.
