Mobility Statement
The villa has 1 step for access also with a 95cm wide path. The front door has a width of 119cm and any other doors to access the pool area have a width of 119cm. paths from the villa to the pool are 95cm wide. There is a slope with 1 step from villa to driveway and 1 step onto the path, the down to the pool and garden is a little uneven and the grass is sloped down towards the pool area. The pool has roman steps for entrance. The kitchen and 1 bedroom are on the ground floor, the living area is up 3 steps and further bedrooms are downstairs. The steps into the living room are 18cm. the widest bedroom door is 57cm which is on the ground floor along with the widest bath/shower room being 70cm wide also on the ground floor.
