The lounge has direct access to the south west facing balcony with a lovely view over the community gardens and swimming pool. A spacious en-suite master bedroom with two single beds set up together to form a super king size bed and the second bedroom is a twin. Both bedrooms provide plenty of storage space in its built-in wardrobes. Both bathrooms in the apartment are equipped with bath, over head shower, WC, and hand basin. No noise at night: No excessive noise is allowed after 21/9PM as the apartment is located in a residential building.

Late check-ins: 4pm - 7pm is free. If you arrive outside of normal hours, please note that there is a late check-in fee. If you arrive between 7pm-10pm the fee is €50. If you arrive between 10pm-12am the fee is €70. After 12am the fee is €100

If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, fee will apply.

Please keep in mind that if you book last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 4:00 PM.

Passport information: It is required by law to register all people staying in any tourist accommodation by their full name, birth date, and passport number. We will therefore request you to provide us with this information before your arrival.
