'Wow... everything was perfect! The lobby, the staff, the rooms, the amenities, the layout, the kids' pool and adult pool, the clean beach, and perfect drinks! All of the staff from the casino, spa to bellman were extremely kind and caring. The restaurants were also wonderful! We will be back!'

'Staff was quick to respond and very helpful through text. Very clean room, note there are ear plugs to use for sleep. With that said understand you are staying in a local community. They party all night, and you will hear it. We didn't mind. Room had beach chairs and towels for use which was a great extra!'

'Such a great experience! The rooms are quite small, but it gave the exact rainforest stay vibes I was looking for! The breakfast room was a great bonus - it even had bug spray and sunscreen! The grounds were clean. We loved looking for coqui frogs at night! Absolutely recommend!!'

'The beach is a 3 minute walk. The suite is compact with a nice outdoor seating area. Everything worked fine, we cooked 1-2 meals per day and had the other meal at local restaurants. We enjoyed the local cats visiting as well as the rooster alarm clocks! The host had terrific communication with us. Our flight was delayed until very late at night. We had no problems with the lockbox and keys. Many thanks!'

The river was amazing place to cool off, relax & up river has more pools with a rock jump. They have games for you at night, pool table, we used the BBQ on property. Wish we had more time. 'Couldn’t have been better! Ruben and Jessica were exceptional hosts - very friendly, helpful on local ideas and almost always available via phone, text or just knocking. If you’re planning a beach trip, they have things to lend out - cooler, beach towels, etc. - if they have it, you can use it. Wish we had more days as Ruben’s breakfasts are top notch. 'The hotel was beautiful. It felt like a house along the streets of old San Juan. The room was super clean and nicely decorated. Beds were super comfortable. Great pool area. Def a great location close to the beach. '

'The pools were nice, the room was clean and spacious. I was disappointed that there wasn't a coffee maker, a blow-dryer or any of the usual amenities. There were shared microwaves in the hall but no means of cooking in your room. The restaurant was excellent and you can easily share a meal as portions are large. The staff are friendly and when the wifi wasn't working they called the company and got it back up the next day. Overall, I would recommend staying here and would give it 4.5 stars...
