'Bel hôtel, belle dimension de l’appartement, à distance à pied de plusieurs restaurants et proche d’épicerie, 10-15 min de marche (avec plusieurs marches) pour la plage Cala n Porter qui est très jolie. Personnel gentil et serviable. Odeur légère désagréable dans la salle de bain. Aucun entretien ménager pendant notre séjour de 4 nuits. Prêt de 1 chaise pliante et parasol qui était très appréciée pour la plage. On a beaucoup apprécié notre séjour merci.'

'A beautiful position with wonderful views of the sea and across the island. A spotlessly clean hotel. I think it’s a few years since it had a refurbishment and some areas looked a little tired but well maintained on a day to day basis. Food is well presented. There is a good selection and it is fresh and tasty. Staff are very friendly in restaurant, bars and reception. Lovely clean pool and surrounding area. 'Très bel établissement. Service très bon de la part d'une partie des membres de l'équipe. D'autres sont moins serviables. Gros point négatif qui n'est mentionné nulle part: les chambres avec terasses sont TOUTES communiquantes. Nous avons changé de chambre durant le séjour grâce au personnel attention mais le problème persiste. '

'Perfect location for Es Castell, short walk to the port but also very close for the bus to Mahon. Room was basic but all you need. My only comments would be in regard to check-in - details are sent by email so you need roaming/wifi to access, and (may just be my settings) was VERY small to read - could be complicated for those expecting a reception etc. Link for tourist tax payment did not work but staff were around and able to support on check out.'
