'Vanaf het station goed beloopbaar appartement. Buurt niet erg mooi en netheid van het appartement kan beter. Het is wel ruim en rustig met een heerlijke douche. Als de keuken over een (combi-)magnetron en een afzuigkap beschikte zou het hoog scoren.'

'A fabulous gem of a hotel with very helpful staff. Beautiful rooms, extremely comfy beds, nothing too much trouble (I ordered a kettle to make tea). Right in the centre of the old town - perfect location. Gardens within the court yard a delight. (NB Expedia - there isn't a swimming pool!)'

'Rooms are okay, clean and certainly good enough! Location is very nice. No AC was a thing as the rooms are quite warm, because of sun. Parking garage was full, parked at another hotel nearby. Which was okay. Hotel lobby is a bit outdated, breakfast lounge is good.'

'We had a wonderful stay in Erfurt. As a group of 9, we required 3 rooms and Nancy and the rest of the staff were so kind and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable by upgrading our rooms. My German isn’t very good (OK, it’s basically non existent), but Nancy was patient with my attempts and happy to explain things in English. 'Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen, etwas abgelegenen Lage – ideal zum Entspannen. Beim Frühstück war für jeden etwas dabei, und auch das Essen von der Speisekarte war sehr lecker. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, sauber und gepflegt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.'
