« My spouse and I stayed in Lodge #1 for 5 nights. We found our rental was just as described with things in good working order. We had a basket of fruits and snacks which was a nice touch but unfortunately, it attracted gnats and flies. We had plenty of blankets, towels and kitchen items - though we would suggest adding a fly swatter to the rental. The property was beautiful and well maintained. We had a picnic table on the patio of our unit and we did see a grill in a common area but we did not...

« The kitchen was great and the sun room was our favorite place to hang out. Not really much walking but did enjoy walking to Dolly’s for coffee every morning. Never did figure how to walk to beach. View of the bay was lovely. As an American the ceilings upstairs were low, showers small, plumbing touchy and the dryer was not what we are used to. « Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Shore View Cottage. The house was clean and spacious. Hosts Anne and John Joe couldn't have been more gracious and welcoming. But the views are the star. Really special. Harry the cat was a delight. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for accommodations in the Ennis/Kilrush area. »
