This property features 3 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is in the front facing the exterior entry, camera 2 is on the back facing the exterior entry, and camera 3 is on the back facing the road. Fishing trip

The rental was ok. However, there where spider webs on the ceiling in the kitchen full of bugs and the kitchen floor was dirty. The dishes where in the cabinet dirty had to scrub be for using. The picture on the website is very dissiving, the lake front is not lake front. To get to the lake and use the dock is a good walk away from the house... you have to walk close to 150 yards before getting to dock.

I rarely leave reviews, but this was bad. booked last minute for July 4th- I now understand why it was one of the only places left. Host is supposed to send an access code in advance, but instead called from an unknown number just 30 minutes before check-in, left no voicemail, and I arrived with no way to get in. I was stuck outside in 100 degree heat with my dog with terrible cell service while trying to reach her. She then tried sending instructions and got frustrated when I wasn’t receiving them. If you know reception is poor, which she did, send access info and instructions in advance. The property itself was poorly maintained: rusted, filthy patio and dock furniture, hornets’ nests and empty Amazon boxes on the porch, dead turtle next to house, a sewer smell outside. A used bar of soap and empty products left in the shower from previous guests, dirty dishes with old food crusted on, almost no toiletries despite the listing saying essentials were provided, trash on the bathroom floor, a bathroom door that wouldn’t shut, and signs not to flush toilet paper. The house was too hot- when we turned the thermostat down she remotely turned it back up and locked it. there is no real lake view from the house, the dock is shared with another rental, and the the other guests basically took it over the whole time and left their fishing gear everywhere. She accused us of stealing a couch cover that we never saw. She said to book again directly by texting her to avoid costs. No shot
