I offer a holiday apartment for the disabled, approx. 80 m2 with a winter garden and garden use (barbecue, sunbathing, breakfast outdoors, etc.)
The apartment offers 4 beds (2 adults and 2 children) (a double bed 180 X 200 and the sofa has a sleeping function 120 X 200) the doors are wider than 81 cm. The bathroom is barrier-free with a shower and a raised toilet. Washing machine is available! A tumble dryer can also be used by arrangement.
Child seat and a travel cot is available.

The apartment is located in the town of Wybelsum and is about 1200m from the Ems
The bus leaves from the door (approx. 300m)
There are bakers in town
Playground at 200 m
Just like an organic shop, milk filling station and a farm shop are in the place where you can get fresh produce.
Shops are in about 3 km
The AB 31 can also be reached in about 3 km

Or possible over the weekend from Friday to Sunday.


In the long term, the apartment can also be rented (month) and can then offer it for a flat rate.

Parking is possible on the driveway or on the street in front of the house

E vehicles can also be charged via a 230 volt mains socket.

Free cancellation possible up to 30 days before the start of the trip.

If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before arrival, you will get 50% back. Otherwise, they will not receive a refund.
