The outside of the hotel looks beautiful and the location and gate makes it feel secure. People were helpful and responsive. Our WiFi went off twice, which was frustrating. The food was OK but slow and came wrapped on plastic because flies were a problem. The pool water level was low and appeared more murky than clear/blue. For Ghana, it was a nice place. If youâre used to 4-5 star resorts in the western world, this is not that. The lock also took some getting used to. The blinds in our bathroom were broken so I felt like other rooms could potentially see into my shower if I didnât stand in a certain place.
It was very loud. Couldnt get any rest and there is NO WIFI. I STAYED FOR 4 DAYS AND LEFT A DAY EARLY AS I HAVE TO HAVE CONTACT WITH THE OUTSIDE WORLD.
I WILL NEVER STAY HERE EVER AGAIN!!!!
Les points faibles : Personnel et service et confort de la chambre
Wouldnât rate it!!!!
First glanced driving up looks beautiful but once in basic , nothing to shout about. Itâs noisy from our room we kept hearing prayer calls from the distance no curtains so you get light in all night. Itâs a shame because our rooms were upgraded and staff were friendly but if you plan to eat dinner forget it. It took 2hrs to get our meal when ordered because the same person serving is also the chef. Breakfast was cold and basic and when ordered because we didnât like the free one it wasnât great either pancakes tasted strange considering it took an hour to get it. Overall wouldnât stay there again
Could do better.
We booked 5 rooms here for my family. Very clean and spacious rooms. They can improve on their free breakfast offering. The small eating area with the tables not being clean timely, left room for flies to roam.
If they can improve on this and make sure the food is fresh and hot, they will get 5 stars from me. Great staff. Very comfortable rooms.
Bed wasn't too bad and the guys at the front were very nice. However the wifi was absolutely trash - totally unusable when it would connect which was not often. AC did work and cooled the room which was good though it took several hours to
The staff's attentiveness, politeness and professionalism is unmatched. Very down to earth but professional. The pool is magnificent.
The rooms are clean but really need to be modernised. Shower didn't drain properly and water was not hot.
Breakfast was OK but not suited for outdoor service. The food was covered with flimsy cling film so flies were having a wonderful time. Food warmers didn't keep the food warm. There was no juice - just water and tea. Definitely room for improvement there to make it really feel like a poolside breakfast.
Overall it's not a bad place to stay. The location on a hill is lovely and the buildings look good but next time I'll pay a little extra and just stay at Lemon Tree.
The complimentary breakfast was very good and they brought it to the room because they didnât see us come down for it. That was impressive. We were only there one night.
Unfortunately the door to the room was a bit of a challenge to close but we made it work.
Hospitable and extremely courteous staff. Potential to eventually be one of the best lodging accommodations in that vicinity but the management needs to work on the minute finishes. Understand itâs newly built but those uncompleted finishes come at an exorbitant cost down the line
The unit we eventually ended up in was the Family Unit. Which had been revovated.
I actually made the reservation for the Standard Double. But the Wifi would not work. Room was visibly dated. The Family was very nice. Strange though.
We like the serene nature of the place, and on the Hill site gave us a nice view of the township. Excellent catering service. Room was fantastic.
Royal Elmount should have additional facilities like pool site and Gym
I really enjoyed staying there. The staff is very nice, the hotel is beautiful and located in a spacious area. There are nice restaurants down the street, about 5 mins drive.
