Staffs were all very friendly and helpful, the office had snacks throughout the day which was very convenient when the little one got hungry. The room was kind of tight, but other than that our stay was amazing and had so much fun!'

However, the Wi-Fi wasn't working, there was significant mildew growth in the bathroom, and the Adirondack chairs on the patio were falling apart.'

'Hot tubs been broken for months, lots of Gnats in our room. But overall, Staff was nice, shower was hot. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning was noisy. You can tell if someone is staying above you. Not bad for the price, we would stay again.'

'The front desk staff is really nice! The rooms not so much. Not as clean as they should be. Old furniture that should be thrown out asap. Broken front door security bar. Broken shower handle. They did give us a refund of 1 day as we planned to stay 3 but 2 was enough. Glad they were nice about it. These were simple fixes it's too bad they haven't taken care if it. The worst was when we left we put the DO NOT DISTURB notice on door. They totally disregarded it and came in to clean ac unit. I...

'Our first time staying there. The location was great for what we needed. HEB and Popeyes in walking distance. Justin was great in letting us know where to eat and how to catch the ferry. We will be booking there again shortly. Thank you.'

'There was an issue or something when i checked in, since apparently my room was not marked as occupied. Another customer as well as an employee tried to open my room twice while we were in there. Also, somebody went in while we were away, since we noticed some things missing.'

'Het ontbijt was zeer matig. Op zondagochtend werd het brood etc. nog aangevuld, maandag en dinsdag moest je het na 8 uur doen met de leftovers. Na het ontbijt dmv deurhanger aangegeven dat onze kamer schoongemaakt kon worden. Bij terugkomst 's middags was dit nog niet gebeurd. Dit doorgegeven aan de receptie, zij zou housekeeping direct een seintje geven. Om 18.00 uur en 19.00 uur weer aan de frontdesk doorgegeven dat ze nog niet geweest waren. Uiteindelijk zijn ze geweest en binnen 3 minuten...
