'The property was excellent as it always is when we stay. I booked thru Expedia and the front desk over charged my credit card. They told me it was a fee charged by Expedia. I talked to Expedia and they said they didn’t charge any fees to get an itemized copy of my bill which still has not been sent to me. I guess keeping that supposed fee was worth losing a customer.'

'I have stayed here before. if you are Thurston Howell III, read no further...but if you want clean, cheap, lodging...look no further. the staff is super, super, friendly. place is tidy and neat, and next to everything (shorty's). ditch the button down, and slip into some flip flops at my favorite port A home. '

'The tv needs up date on channels The WiFi was not that great so was unhappy with that . We did travel with a 2 year old that we could not get in to her tablet for WiFi had to use my hotspot so was unhappy with that'

'The location was convenient a boardwalk away from the beach. No crowds. 3 big pools (1 was heated-ish). The house was well stocked with beach chairs, etc. The property is a little dated, but the location overcame that. Would have loved to see it in its prime. Great host! Very responsive. '
