'The breakfast was the best I have had at any comparable hotel. The room was clean and well maintained, and the beds were comfortable. Great stay!'

'I visit Hoffman Estates frequently due to son/wife/grandkids living in the area and I am a pretty faithful customer to Marriott. However their price was ridiculous for one night so I chose Holiday inn express. Staff was so nice, cheerful, available and my room was huge, clean and very modern. This will definitely be my new go to when visiting the area.'

'Clean considering it is a high use motel'

'The quality in Quality Inn is sarcasm. For the prices they charge, I would skip it. The shower had mold. Wall paper was peeling in the hallways. The thermostat had dead batteries and the bathroom toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. The room next to us had a dog that was barking all night. 'To sleep Oké but , breakfast was poor'

'Fijn hotel met vriendelijk personeel, nette kamer met keuken en alles wat je nodig hebt om simpel te koken mocht je daar zin in hebben, koelkast, vaatwasser. Nette badkamer met bad en toilet, goed verlicht.'

'No hot water in 3rd floor shower.. Coffe machines were inoperable at breakfast. USB ports in room would not work properly. Room was very clean and mattress was very comfortable.. despite no coffee breakfast was adequate. Parking was easy and plentiful. Staff was very friendly.'

'Needs little more cleaning but all in all good facility. Decent breakfast. Pool and hot tub were clean.'

'Clean room. Staff was helpful. Breakfast available for a fee. We did not eat at the hotel as we chose to go to a local restaurant to eat breakfast. TV worked for about 25 mins then a messaged popped up on the screen "Scrambled channels or signal to week." TV did not work at all during our stay. Room and bathroom are small as well. Most likely will not stay here again!'
