'My wife and I stayed at the cozy farm guest house 1&2 for two nights. The home is located in a private and quiet neighborhood. The property was clean and had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was extremely easy. They responded quickly to my messages. There is a bedroom and full bath upstairs and on the ground floor, which made it easy when getting ready in the morning. The living room and kitchen area was very comfortable. We will definitely try to stay...

'The property was beautiful and the host was very responsive and even checked in with us before check in with a complimentary call before our arrival whoch i thought was nice it was just hard to hear as i was on back roads. There was a little issue with the other tenants dogs but we have dogs and lived on top of one that barked 24/7 so were kind of used to it and their dogs theres not much you can do. There also was no internet connection when we got the but the host fixed that for us right away....

"Terrible place to stay, hallways dirty, boxes and other rubish was scattered troughout the hotel. Firealarm was beeping loud in the room, and was hanging from the wall. The room smelled horrible. Went down to check-in and got another room. Smelled a little better but stuff was dirty, dust everywhere. Only superficial cleaning done. This was the only somewhat affordable hotel around but you better drive those extra 25 miles! Never again. "
