'This is a gem of a property. Traditional Spanish house with quirky decor. Exceptionally well equipped for a long or short stay. Very comfortable bed, good modern shower and a beautiful view of city, sea and castle from the sunny roof terrace. Great location close to transport links, fresh food market and restaurants. It is in quite an elevated position and the house has steep stairs but it’s all very manageable if you are reasonably mobile. We stayed a whole month and loved it. Excellent...

'Die Lage ist sehr schön. Soweit war es ok.Leider war die Ausstattung vom Haus nicht so prickelnd. Das Geschirr und Besteck ist alt und verkalkt bzw.rostig.Die Gläser sind unansehnlich und lassen sich nicht mehr reinigen. Die Abläufe von Dusche ,Wanne und Waschbecken stinken da keine Geruchsverschlüsse vorhanden sind. Ebenso stinken die Auflagen von den Sonnenliegen ,weil sie noch nie gereinigt worden sind in den letzten Jahren. Baulärm war die ganze Woche über vorhanden ,weil überall neue Häuser...

'Beautiful property in quiet residential area Property manager, Rudy, was very amenable and happy to advise on local facilities. There is a dog shelter up on the hill behind house that can generate a little noise first thing in the morning (assuming feeding time!) but nothing that should put you off staying in this beautiful and fantastically equipped home'

'Excellent apartment accurately described and in a perfect location. Only a 10 minute stroll along to the centre which has an abundance of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. We loved walking along the esplanade towards the marina and felt very safe. We also caught a tram (only €9.90 return for 2 of us) into Benidorm for a change of scenery. The El Campo supermarket within Plaza Mar 2 Shopping centre is huge and was an easy 10 minute walk away. We thoroughly recommend this apartment.'

'Het vakantiehuis ligt erg rustig op het eind van een doodlopend straatje bergop. Vanuit de tuin heb je een prachtig vergezicht over het landschap en het dorpje Pinoso dat vlakbij ligt (10 min wandelafstand tot het centrum). Het huis is ruim genoeg voor 6 personen, met perfecte airco in de slaapkamers. We hebben vooral genoten van de rust, het uitzicht en het zwembad. De tuin is mooi aangelegd en wordt feeëriek verlicht. Communicatie met de eigenaars verloopt erg vlot. We'll be back! :-)'

'It is like the pictures. Car needed and It has a good parking to avoid the sun just on the door. Beaches about 15' from the house. Two pools available. One is a salty pool. Great barbeque. Kitchen is complete. Marcel was very nice and funny. I recomend It.'
