We have front and back patios with artificial grass where you can host fantastic barbecues, soak in the heated hot tub, or relax in the chill-out area reading a book or enjoying a romantic evening thanks to the perfect ambient lighting at night. You’ll enjoy a spacious, open-concept living room with air conditioning, a sofa, a dining table, a reclining coffee table, and a fireplace—perfect for cold, rainy winter days. The state-of-the-art kitchen is fully equipped and sure to delight everyone in the house. You’ll have access to a half-bath on the first floor and a spacious bathroom on the upper floor, which features a hydromassage shower, LED lights, and a Bluetooth speaker. There are two bedrooms upstairs—one of which is an attic-style room with air conditioning—both equipped with a double bed, a storage bed, and built-in closets.<br><br>Amenities and common areas:<br>You’ll have access to the entire house, including the patios, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas.<br>Dogs weighing up to 7 kg are allowed at no additional charge.<br>The hot tub is available year-round.
