'Ik vond het super fijn en veilig voor de kinderen ze hebben heerlijk genoten van het zwembad en de tuin. Er om heen is veel te doen winkels restaurants stranden en ga zo maar door! Zker aanrader en zal zeker nog een keer daar willen gaan. Mijn kinderen hebben oprecht genoten.'

'With four elderly people, we stayed there for four weeks. We had a great time. The apartment was in excellent condition. There is very good WiFi and a satellite TV available. The beach was within easy walking distance. The bus connection is good and nearby, with the bus stop at La Rosa. Groceries can be delivered by Mercadona Express from Guardamar.Wim'

'Ce fût un très beau séjour en famille. Dès le départ, nous avons eu toutes les informations nécessaires en temps et en heure de la part du propriétaire. La maison était très propre et bien équipée, elle disposait de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. L'emplacement est idéal, seulement à 6min en voiture de la plage (playa flamenca) et des centres commerciaux (zénia boulevard). 'Was blij met Osmosis installatie, wil het in de toekomstig huis ook gaan gebruiken. 1. Minpuntje is het toilet op de begane grond, het is heel smal om er gebruik van te kunnen maken. Suggestie is verwijder het toilet en plaats een vaatwasser.'

'La cour fermée est agréable. Mais c'est le seul point positif. Quand nous sommes arrivés la piscine était d'un vert trouble. Le loueur a jeté dedans des blocs de chlore. Après 2 jours elle est devenue baignable mais on en sortait les yeux rouges. Après 2 jours elle redevenait verdâtre. La villa est spacieuse mais très mal entretenue : des loquets cassés, un ventilateur de plafond qui ne marche pas, le micro onde en panne, un placard de cuisine sans fond, des carreaux de carrelages...

'Visited villa Martin numerous times, this property was disappointing. It could be a stunning property, but is in need of a lot of repairs/modernisation. Broken tiles on the pool steps, the bathroom wall tiles are hanging off, the ensuite shower wasnt even worth using it's so underpowered, the shower in the other bathroom was unusable as someone has screwed the bracket to the wall the wrong way up!The pool was lovely, but the lighting didn't work, the chairs around the pool were broken and...
