'We stayed here for a layover night and it was exactly what we needed. The hotel is ideally located near Barajas Airport, and the shuttle service made getting to and from the terminal incredibly convenient. The customer service was excellent—the staff kindly accommodated our specific room requests as well as a late checkout, which made our travel day so much easier.
