Villa's in El Factor

'The house it is nice, a little small but cozy. My only down will be the need of an AC in the living room . The location it is a little noisy, but understandable. Victor ( The property manager) told me that they may consider installing solar panels, to help out with the power outage.Other than that , we enjoy the property and the swimming pool'

'I liked the location, a little off the main road so a bit quieter but still only a short walk to the beach. The porch, patio and pool were nice. Josefina, our housekeeper was great!'

'Alberto's place is very clean but cosy. You will have everything you want, a great kitchen, 2 terraces, beautiful bathrooms, great beds and 2 hottubs. The grounds and beach are beautiful. The breakfast is included and very nice too. The beach is perfect we even kite surfed for two days in front of the hotel grounds (staying far in the water not to bother the swimming people). 'No me gusto la estadia, el encargado que nos recibio fue grosero, el calentador de agua estaba defectuoso, los baños tenian problemas en uno solo funcionaba la ducha y el inodoro y en otro solo funcionaba el lava manos. El agua salio caliente al punto de quemar a excepción de una de las duchas. '
