'The staff here is very helpful and friendly, and my room was so comfortable and well decorated. It was better than the last time I stayed there, which was already good... so I think the management here must be very dedicated to a positive guest experience and improvements in their hotel. The hot water worked well, everything was very clean, and it's both a quiet place but within 5 or so minutes walking to the beach, restaurants, etc I will definitely stay here if I visit Punta Cana again. '

'This is NOT an Ocean View as advertised. The views from the balcony and rooftop terrace shown on the listing are of a different unit. Instead its a city view with literally an apartment building across the street and a 5g tower.
Property management will tell you that "the unit you booked is the unit that was listed". Show them the listing all you want, their reply will not change.
I traveled to this unit in Jan of 2026 it is now March 2026 and they continue to list as an Ocean View. ...
