'Great hotel with very attentive staff. Matthew our concierge was very helpful with our flight delay issue. He actively contacted the airport and was genuinely concerned and helpful. The hotel is just a bit outside of the main area which is really nice as it has a beautiful view of the lake. '

'This was the most lovely hotel we have probably stayed in. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind; they arranged for an early check-in for us on short notice, provided lots of information about the El Calafate area, and arranged for a very early airport pick up for us. Highly recommend staying here!'

'It is in a residential area :10 minutes walk from bus terminal and about 15 minutes to the city center. Ask for a taxi transfer if you have heavy luggage or wheeled luggage. The cottage house is among the most beautiful, we have stayed in, with tasteful collections, overlooking a garden with lupines and a far view of lake argentina. Hosts, living close by, are very responsive, helpful and hospitable. We enjoyed our stay and hope to have spent substantial more time . '

'Het hotel is erg verouderd. De badkamer is heel basic , alleen een shampoo en conditioner. Geen douchegel of zo . De bedden zijn voorzien van heel dunne dekentjes. Als het koud is zijn er gern extra dekens. De witte sprei op bed was vies. Het internet was slecht. Heel traag of zelfs geen verbinding. Het hotel drasgt 4 sterren , maar is het niet waard. Ontbijt wel goed.'

'Let's start with saying that this hotel is good value for money and the views over Lago Argentino are great. The location allows you to walk to the town center in 35 to 40 minutes, but a taxi only cost 2000 ARS. The rooms are a nice size. Ours had an extra 1 person bed, but some also have a sitting corner. Unfortunately we didn't get one of the rooms with balcony, although the strong prevailing winds probably would lessen the use. The bathroom was also a good size. Unfortunately there is no...
