'The staff especially Aracelli embraced me like a sister. She was wonderful in every aspect. The hotel was amazing, it opens into a beautiful kitchen area, a fountain to the other side and dining room, then two comfy living spaces. My room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was my room sat above a very busy and noisy street. I would definitely stay here again! Gracias, Aracelli! '

'Although the room was very small, it was more than enough for our three day stay. The water in the shower got really hot, and the room was clean. While the bed was nice and firm, the pillows were poor. The available movies on the TV was great. None of the staff speak English, but thankfully my boyfriend speaks Spanish. The location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the main square. And across the street from the artisan market! '

"The breakfast buffet was good and the serving personal where all very polite and friendly. All the food was fresh and tasteful and plenty to choose from. Staff overal from the front desk to the cleaning staff where all very friendly and helpful when needed. All we saw of the hotel was clean. There are some things that need to be updated in the hotel but during our check in we were made aware of this. Would come back here when visiting the city."
