« The location was fantastic »

« Pullout couch dirty and broken. »

« The flat is very well located in the old town, surrounded by plenty of bars and with a dry good traditional paella restaurant just opposite. Many small supermarkets are conveniently nearby, as is the main train station and a couple of Metro lines. The flat is relaxing and spacious and the large terrace a real bonus. »

« Great location in Ruzafa. Loved the style and layout of the apartment, two good sized shower rooms, plenty of hot water, balcony, decor, modern furnishings. The apartment was clean and uncluttered no 'rogue' items in the kitchen cupboards, for example, which one can often get in rental apartments. Great that shower gel, liquid hand soap, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, new kitchen scourer/dish cloth is provided. Particularly liked the original mosaic floor throughout the apartment. ...

« This property is well decorated, very cute, and spacious. There are balconies off of the living room area and lots of light. The air-conditioning works well. It is very close to a supermarket and easy to get taxis anywhere. The neighborhood is safe. We very much enjoyed our stay here. »

« Schlüsselübergabe und -rückgabe ist etwas umständlich. Der Fahrstuhl könnte ein Update gebrauchen. Ansonsten waren wir mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden, die Lage ist optimal und die Umgebung sehr nett. »

« La ubicación, la limpieza, tranquilidad y facilidad para desplazarse tanto dentro como fuera de Valencia. Bien rodeado de servicios. »

« It was ok. Really good location if you want to be in a modern place but near the action. Very quick response when something is needed. »
