« I reserved 2 superior rooms for 2 nights in this hotel about a month before arrival. I requested ocean view and highest level for both, connecting and not far from elevator. After 45 minutes waits they gave me 1 room with mountain view on the 7th floor, that I gave to my parents, and 20 minutes later, an ocean view superior room on the 12th floor. Assuming it was one of the highest occupancy saturday, though reserved a month ahead, the reception would give you more attention if you insisted them...

« Really lovely hotel ideal for families. The staff are very helpful and go far beyond their duties to help guests and make their stay as comfortable as possible. Food is great and the hotel is clean and hygienic. I would recommend staying here. « Hotellet behöver uppdateras, men det kommer nog ske inom kort enligt dem. Maten var bra, och rummen var bekväma. Det bästa av allt är servicen och personalen. Måste vara de bästa personalen jag träffat av alla hotell jag besökt. Rekommenderas varmt! »
